One of a series of 3 original single dramas for ITV under the title ‘Trapped’, devised by Tim Firth. The series also included Beauty by Simon Nye and Von Trapped by Jonathan Harvey.

Alan is the ambitious Assistant Manager of electrical superstore ‘Rocket’. When his boss is off, he finally gets the chance to step in and prove himself as Store Manager on a busy Bank Holiday. However it seems his boss has laid a trap when Alan gets saddled with a 65-year-old re-trainee called Frank who knows nothing about electrical goods and causes chaos, culminating in himself and Alan getting trapped on the roof in the middle of the large, electrified letter ‘O’ of ‘Rocket’.
